I love it. Somewhat thicker than “Fluid Film” (which was originally got me hooked on this type of product) so I believe that it would be superior for corrosion protection, but that has not been proven in a double blind with a measurement system analysis.

Great product! Stops rust and lasts.

Like how it sticks better then fluid filmFluid film creeps more on surfaces cause of its viscosity but woolwax sticks to were you spray it thicker and and doesn’t wash away as easy as fluid film down side you will use more of it to get the coverage you want .6cans we’re not enough for my F150Try and use it before weather gets cold or inside a garage for best results

I’ve used this over the last few winters. I don’t have any issues with rust. I usually have it left on my frame by the time I reapply the next weekend. It’s incredible.

If you have a Tacoma you should know that the frames cannot survive winter on the roads of the “salt-belt” (anywhere north of Georgia). I had a new frame installed on my Tacoma in June of 2018, then brought my truck to Florida from October of 2018, through April 2022 (planned).I ordered this 6-pack of WoolWax aerosol cans so that I could prepare to bring my 2009 Tacoma back to Massachusetts. 6 cans were just enough to thoroughly coat the exterior, and the interior of the boxed sections of my “new” frame. The kit included a 24″ wand that allowed me to get into the boxed sections with ease. It also included a spray handle that allows you to use the cans with slippery hands. I stiffened the wand by attaching a piece of 14 gauge wire. I have a compressor, and could have bought the non-aerosol version, but not having to clean my tools after use. After spraying the exterior of the frame I wiped the WoolWax with my gloved hand to ensure a smooth coat, and thorough coverage.A seventh can would have been nice, and would have enabled me to get the doors and tailgate of the truck, but this was just enough to do my frame.

The sprayer leaks all over

The extended stay nozzle is essential in reaching tight places but is not of great quality. By the second can(I had 6) it was falling off and spraying everywhere with quite a bit of waste. Used directions to install it….just poor quality. Wool wax seems great so far(only a month) but it does have a bit of an odor to it(kinda similar to stink bugs) but if it works it is ok with me.
