This 500ml Bottle has markings for every 20ml up to 500ml and will actually hold close to 600ml. This Special bottle also has a very small fluid tip to get into all the tight spots on spray guns without wasting solvent. The small fluid tip is also removable if you desire a fast flow of solvent! Use this nice bottle for cleaning any type of Spray Gun from HVLP to Conventional and Pressure Pot Systems!

I own two of these bottles. One I use with toluene and alcohol and the other with distilled water. They produce a nice fine stream at a great angle that saves the effort to invert the bottle, are a great size for my hand and easy to squeeze until basically the last drop. The cap is easy to screw on and off and seals well to the bottle, but the hole where the straw penetrates the lid is just a close tolerance fit so after several bottles full of fluid they both started leaking at that point when squeezed. It’s a good thing the bottle can be used upright: although not a huge problem with the water, it is problematic to have toluene dissolving your nitril gloves. I am considering trying some super glue to seal the straw to the lid as I can see absolutely no reason to make it removable.

It’s ok. It does it’s job. The straw fit is too loose though. When squeezed with a little pressure so as to get a nice jet of solvent to clean the inside of my spray guns the straw pops straight up so I have to hold it down in place while squeezing. Like others said, the tip does drip very easily. Not so problematic when filled with water or alcohol, but I use xylene and lacquer thinner. Both are vary damaging to many materials so I just use caution. For the price I think the design is definitely lacking. This bottle would be awesome with a 2 straw design where the bottom straw pops in to a fitted insert integrated into the cap from below with the upper straw having a compression fitting that would thread onto the cap from above to firmly hold it in place. The price sure won’t break your bank, but these things cost next to nothing per unit to make when manufactured on a large scale. All that said, a little glue will solve the straw issue but I won’t buy the same one again.

I’m on my second one of these. The first lasted about 6 years before I managed to plug the straw. I leave House of Kolors solvent in it all the time. The evaporation rate is low enough that the bottle doesn’t go dry over months. I’m an amateur, not a daily painter. I can clean my spray gun in about 1 minute with this. I take off the gun’s cup and squirt clean solvent into the gun while spraying. The solvent cleans the gun in about 1 minute. I can go from one color to another or from color to a clear faster than one can mix up the paint. This coupled with the Devilbiss Dekups disposable cups and it literally takes me about 1 minute to clean the gun.

The spray on the bottle does help in cleaning fittings and nozzles. I think it was a little pricey for the bottle. I definitely use much less thinner. I keep it on the bench and it doesn’t evaporate the thinner. It’s a handy little spray bottle but a touch expensive for saying devilbiss on the side. Overall it was a good purchase… I haven’t run across anything similar.

I love the design of the cleaning bottle and it’s ease of use. I use it with Laquer Thinner in my body shop for multiple tasks such as, Cleaning spray guns, Body bondo spreaders, cleaning small parts covered in paint etc. And taking old tape off or price tags, vin tags etc. with the help of a plastic or single edge razor blade. Great portable bottle and tool for the job!

Good quality. I had a cheap off-brand bottle previously that cracked within a couple weeks. This one have lasted over 6 months now and still works great.
