Have had dressing on for about 6 weeks and tires are still black. Not as glossy as the first few weeks but even after several hand washings and a couple of drive through washes as well as some snow and rain they still look pretty good. Can definitely tell it is starting to wear a bit. Only reason for four stars instead of five is customer service and the amount of cleaning required to prep tire for the dressing. I probably spent at least six hours cleaning and used up almost the entire bottle of cleaning solution. I even tried some other cleaning solutions specifically for rubber to try and get the old tire dressing off. What finally worked is using an old t-shirt to literally scrape the old dressing off. I had sent an email to customer service to see if they had any advice since their cleaner was just not getting all the old stuff off but never got a response. In the end it worked out and the tires looked great. Just recommend waiting until you buy new tires to try the product. My neighbor put it on new tires and probably only spent an hour and a half start to finish.

Although a little expensive it last. King time and does not easily come off like most products

Preparation is the key to achieving the good result. No short cut. Prepare and do it righ and results are instant. So far 10days with few showers and it still looks extremely good.

It’s a pretty big process to do, but definitely a great final result. My tires look amazing!!

If you want shiny tires, this is the last product you’re going to ever need.I bought a bottle quite a while back (6 months-ish). I used normal soap & water on the tires of 2 cars to get them as clean as possible – a daily driver, and a garage-kept weekend car. After the tires and cars were completely dry, I applied this tire dressing to both cars.My first thought when using it was how incredibly runny (thin) this stuff is. It soaked into the sponge and disappeared. However, I added more and applied the coating to all tires of both cars. I made sure to wipe off any excess on the rims or garage floor as I went along. On the weekend car which never gets in the weather, the tires looks exactly like the day that I applied the dressing. It’s still THAT shiny. On my daily driver, which goes through the carwash on a regular basis, the tires still look great. Maybe not quite as glossy as they did 6 months ago – BUT I haven’t reapplied any since – and they still look great.I don’t know how it works, but this stuff is the last tire dressing I’ll ever buy. And at this rate, one bottle will last quite a while.
