I have 2 guns hausfield and a 3 in 1 and have been suffering with inconsistency while spraying. The don’t do enough painting for a 800.00 gun. I read reviews and figured I would try it. I was holding off to use for color and clear, but today decided to use for primer and emptied other gun cup into this sprayer. WOW WOW WOW! Now I know what it means to spray with a high end gun! A world of difference, I was no longer having to do what the gun told me to do instead we where working together smooth as silk. Get this gun you won’t regret it. I was running 40 psi to get 28 on the other guns I did have to run the regulator up to 73 to get 28 on this gun. But had little to no mist in the air. I wish I had bought this at the beginning of my project. Now I can only imagine what a 800 dollar gun can do.

Thank you reviewers for the glowingly positive reviews, they encouraged me to buy this gun and I am so glad I did! I have been painting home projects for about a year with a Harbor Freight gun set and had settled in to a mediocre painting experience and mediocre results. With this gun I paint like a pro! My finishes are smooth and the control is amazing.At first had problems with splatter/spitting as you can see in the photo. I read up on this issue and read the directions and surmised that air was getting in to the paint channel. There is a cryptic line in the instructions about ‘tightening the packing’, I’m pretty sure that means tightening the nut on the fitting that surrounds the needle as it goes into the tip area. I did that, I put teflon tape around the threads of the cup and tightened that down well, I settled the plastic ring that has air passages and a white washer onto the body of the gun, and tightened the air cap well. With that no more splatter, super smooth finishes.For me this gun as been like going from a 20 year old Dodge Dakota truck (HF guns) to a new BMW. The machining and metals used are delicious. The feel and precision of the adjusting dials are deluxe. The regulator gauge on mine didn’t work so I put another one I had on. The goods far outweigh this problem, so happy, excited to paint the next project!

The trigger is a bit tight, so it’s a little taxing on larger jobs, but great fan, great weight, cleans up well, great for a starter gun

Great gun for the money does a really good job surprisingly ! I’ve had many guns over the years some high-end ones and I read the reviews on it. said why not try it in the body shop and we love it.
