I am really impressed with the quality of the build on this dash mount. The plate with the magnets is much thinner then the previous one I had, When it’s connected to my phone, it has no movement even when shaken up and down. It comes with a special wipe that cleans all gunk from the dash where you want to install it, warning the wipe has a stank to it, but it gets the job done really well.The only major con is way the ball and post is configured, you are limited in the range of motion. In my case, I can go to far to the right. I originally wanted it to mount vertically, but that limited range prevented it from being positioned down or up, depending on the orientation of the base If the base was in a straight post instead of the angled post, it would have a greater range of motion.I was able to work around the range by putting it in the spot where it is now, but that wasn’t my original choice. Overall though I would buy again, if I needed another.

When I upgraded to a MagSafe compatible iPhone I had to replace the car mount I had. This one locks into the vent unlike my previous mount that just pinched the vent. Also the ball joint can be locked in the best position for you and it’ll never move. I’ve driven over ruff roads and my iPhone has never come off once. It is easy to remove your iPhone by pulling from the bottom of the iPhone. But with that being said, if you don’t have a MagSafe compatible case, it will not hold through just any case. Must use MagSafe cases.I am extremely happy with my purchase and you will be also!

Had bought quite a few mounts from vent clips to dash mounts and the vent clips always wobbled and felt cheap, the dash mounts had terrible adhesion and stuck out so far like a sore thumb. Bought this just thinking I’d have to go through a bunch to find a good sturdy one that went with the interior of my Mazda CX-9, and let me tell you…. I’m glad I started here! This thing is everything I was looking for. Doesn’t stick a mile out of my dashboard, the hold is INCREDIBLE with my magcase, and the adhesion prep wipe they give you is no joke. It says “helps stick to leather” but I used it on my dash then stuck the mount on, within seconds that thing was going anywhere! I’m a strong guy and I pulled in this thing pretty good and it stayed strong enough to where the dash plastic started to flex! It’s not going anywhere. And I drive dirt roads, clean highway, doesn’t matter. Phone never budged or even looked like it was coming loose. I’d give this 10 stars if I could! Very, very happy after going through 10-12 other mounts and clips and giving them away because of how useless they were. You won’t regret this purchase, trust me! I never review and just wrote a glowing one for this! Bravo.My advise would be to know exactly where you’re gonna want this before using the adhesion wipe and sticking it, because it won’t move after! Love this mount!

I didn’t want to stick a mount on my dashboard or windshield so the vent mounting system was the choice. It’s a bit difficult to figure the mounting functions and secure it on the vent but once you figure out how to get it setup properly, the mount is solid as a rock. Really nice quality piece for my iPhone 14 Pro Max with the Apple mag case——recommended!

I’ve tried MANY vent car mounts, but this one does not easily come undone! No loosening or falling out of the vent at every bump in the road or turn! I’ve had this for a while and the fit is uber snug, the magnet is strong & works perfectly with my mag safe phone case!
