First off, I detail vechile’s for a living and heres my feedback on this stuff. Chemical Guys definitely make the best products in my opinion. This stuff will make your wheels shine like nothing else out on the market in my personal opinion. I recommend definitely wearing gloves and apply a very small amount you don’t need a lot at all & as for the brake dust it doesn’t barely even stick to the wheels so the repellent works good too. Now for the only down fall I’ve noticed after having this for 2 months now. If you apply any wheel cleaner or go to a car wash this stuff won’t be as shinny so I’d apply it again. If your going to buy this my professional option is to apply any kind of car wax or cermaic coating first THEN after 24 hours I’d apply this stuff and I’d do it at least once every 2 or 3 weeks and the shine will stay incredible and brake dust mostly won’t even appear. I hope this helps someone out there.

Original notes: Nothing to dislike will have to see how it works over the summer. Updated notes: Seemed to be pretty good until today, I opened it and it was a green watery mess!, I mixed with a paint stirrer. I applied it to an untreated wheel and it worked ok but was a bear to apply. Left a green stain on my hand. Any thoughts Chem Guys?..

I bought this based on the reviews. I could not be happier. I have had brake dust issues on every car I’ve ever owned. As cars get better, the rims get harder to clean. Not any more. I’ve applied this to my wheels and 6 months later I still just need to hose off the dust, and maybe occasionally wipe down the wheels and they are clean. I wish I knew about this years ago! I no longer worry about keeping my wheels clean, 6 months and approximately 12+ car washes later my wheels are still spotless. I highly recommend this for anyone who just wants to keep their wheels clean all the way to someone who wants to win a conclude de elegance competition. I will not buy or try anything else until I hear and see about something better.

This has worked well at making brake dust easy to remove. The product is difficult to use. You must clean the wheel first, then clay bar the wheel, then apply the product then wait 15 minutes and remove. A lot if work, but at least it helps with the brake dust removal. I am able to remove brake dust with only water now.

Wear gloves. Follow instructions on their website, not the container.

Wheels and rims are cleaner for longer, but no where near 8 months per use that is advertised. Must still be washed and product reapplied about once every two-three weeks.

Thus is easy to apply, easy to remove and puts a nice shine on my aftermarket rim. Have several more coats to apply before the winter and the road salt but i have faith in this purchase
