Instructions were not helpful at all. Didn’t know what size wrenches/sockets I needed had to figure it out myself. Apparently it came with a wrench? Only tool I got was the Allen key. Didn’t get a wrench provided. So most of the castor wheels are loose because a normal wrench is too thick to get in there and couldn’t find a tool to keep the castor from spinning. I had to remove the head rest from the frame in order to get the castor wheels on. Even if I did have the provided wrench it would have taken ages to screw in because of the placement of the castor wheel holes on the corner. The plastic endcap pieces for the frame came off coming out of the box. Didn’t feel like gluing them in to place so two of the 4 are gone. Hopefully dust and debris doesn’t hurt the inside of the frame over the years. The lever to pull out to convert into a chair is very stiff, hopefully it will loosen itself over time and not be a QC issue. That being said the comfort of the creeper and the sturdiness after it is built is not bad at all. I’ll probably be using this once or twice a year if that so it should last me a long long time.

No assembly instructions included. Took time and figured it out. Other than that it works great and does what I need it to.

I really didn’t want one that folds but I got one anyway. It works well and is comfortable. I don’t like how it protrudes out in front tho.

Got this for my dad for his birthday. It is a great creeper, but it is a bit too tall to get under all cars without having to jack them up quite a bit. Aside from that, it is comfortable and has good wheels.

The Pro-LifT C-9100 Black 40″ Foldable Z Creeper (450 pounds) is a really nice creeper. The creeper came with an allen wrench and a smaller wrench to tighten the wheels. You will however need a 13 MM socket and 13 MM open end box wrench to tighten four bolts. It took me about 20 minutes to put it all together. All the bolts fit perfectly, all holes in frame were drilled properly, the padding is comfortable and the creeper unit had no rust on it. This creeper folds into stool very easily. Note that the wheels squeak a little so I put some WD40 and Gibbs deep penetration oil onto the wheel bearing. I may put some actual oil on the bearings if they continue to squeak. Yes, this is a well made product and would recommend it.

Great product. You will need an extra tool to put two of the front casters on.
