I bought this for my 2019 Nissan Pathfinder. The pinch welds are about 11 inches off the ground so my very old, small, limited (but other wise similar design) floor jack cannot get nearly high enough to get this car off the ground enough to pull the wheels off. I had to buy some new, sturdier and taller 2 ton floor jacks to go with it. I did complete brake jobs, front and back on my SUV yesterday and this jack worked great. The extension piece gives me what I need to get good height range. I like the yellow plastic tote handle that comes with it because this thing is heavy. But I worry about that handle falling off and me breaking a toe. Don’t really trust it but it hasn’t failed on me. If you need a jack for an SUV I think this one is a great buy for the money.

I am retired so had time to spent hours looking at floor jacks, and this one had the best range of motion and features for the $. I use it on my 1500 truck and lawn tractors, probably on a monthly basis. You probably won’t beat this one for name recognition and price. All but very few are made in China now, and are throw away jacks. My old Michelin got a slow leak after 20 years. The rebuild kit cost half what this one did, and it is a lot of work to change out the dozen plus seals, and then that may not even be the problem. And nobody rebuilds them these days, so you got to do it.I gave it 4 stars because even though it worked out of the box, it was low on fluid, but so was the jack I mention below. Just buy some jack oil (it’s cheap). First bleed the system (easy and instructions tell how to), then top off your new jack with the jack oil for the best performance. A syringe works best for this to keep the fluid from going all over the place.I have only had the jacks for a few months, so time will tell how long they last. The ratings for all of them are similar though, so I think there is little difference in reliability between them. As I recall the warranties are similar too.If you are not in a hurry to get the job done buy the Powerbuilt All-IN-ONE, and you won’t even need a jack stand. I got both.

This jack did not work consistently well. There were several emails with customer service and several trial and error attempts to make the jack work. Long story short, a new pump assembly was sent at no charge along with a video link showing how to change out the pump assembly. It took some doing but it is working properly now.

I feel much better when there are jack stands under it, but considering the cost and weigh and lifting height capacity, this is a terrific jack to keep in the van.

Bought this jack to use on both my lifted Jeep JKU and my Silverado Z71. Was shopping for a decent floor jack for some time but couldn’t find anything for under three hundred bucks until I came across this one on Amazon. Worked perfect right out of the box and looks great too. Can’t go wrong with this floor jack for the money!

The good:Feels like good quality metalComes with an extension with a holderIncludes a carrying handleThe bad:The caster wheels are sloppy and probably will need replacedVery little pump movement and it goes up extremely slow.No storage slot for the detachable pump handle. The carrying handle is made of plastic and isn’t secured to the jack. It just slides over a bolt on each side. Also just found that these are not new. They are remanufactured. They stopped making this model in January of 2022
